When submitting a request to organize treatment in Germany, try to provide the most complete description of your diagnosis possible. The more complete the set of documents, the easier it will be for our specialists to guide you on the proposed methods and cost of treatment in Germany.

Doktor München will promptly transfer your medical documents to our doctors in Germany with confidentiality to comprehensively study your existing condition and understand its development dynamics.

Doktor München staff will translate the received medical documentation into German and send it for review to leading specialists at the specialized clinic, who will develop an individual treatment program for the patient. To organize a medical examination in Germany according to the diagnostic programs offered by Doktor München, you only need to submit a request. Patients do not need any additional medical documentation to use these services.

If the patient has ordinary film X-ray images, they can be sent to our office. We will scan the images with a professional scanner. If you cannot bring the images to the office, attach them to a window, photograph them, and send them to us in digital format.

If the patient has MRI images on a CD that open with special software, it is also better to send the disc to our office. You can also save the images on your computer in *.jpg or *.bmp format and then email them to us. You can also send information in any way convenient for you: express mail, regular mail, etc.
