Cervical spine Before: Condition before surgery. Disc herniation C5/C6 cervical spine with stenosis of spinal canal up to 5mm and spinal cord compression. After: 6 months after surgery. No evidence of disc herniation.

Shoulder joint Before: Condition before surgery. Post-traumatic development of shoulder joint. Partial rupture of joint capsule. Subchondral sclerotic changes. At the base of movement circular damage. After: Condition 5 months after surgery. Regenerative reconstruction of shoulder joint. The effect of treatment is positive and is visualized.

Lumbar spine Before: Condition before surgery. Grade 4-5 lumbar disc herniation L5/S1 - practically complete loss of disc with contact with spinal cord. After: 12 months after surgery. Disc condition restored, disc volume recovered through transplantation of regenerative cells to the disc L5/S1.

Thoracic spine Before - condition before surgery: Left-sided, lateral right-sided herniation 8mm C7/Th8. Stenosis of spinal canal, absolute stenosis of foramen C7/Th8 on the right. Spinal cord with displacement and pronounced compression of nerve root C8. After - condition 2 months after surgery: Significant reduction in herniation size with preservation of compression and displacement of spinal cord.

Lumbar spine Before - condition before surgery: Right-sided lateral sequestered disc herniation L5/S1, size 11mm, causing severe stenosis of the spinal canal and corresponding compression of nerve roots L5 and S1. After - 14 days after surgery: Sequestrated disc herniation is not visualized, spinal canal is of normal shape and size, no compression of nerve roots L5 and S1.

Knee joint Before - condition before surgery: Stage 4 arthrosis. Osteoarthrosis with cervical spine involvement. After - 1 year after surgery: Condition of the joint is stable, no arthrosis or synovitis is visualized. In soft tissues of the arthrosis area, signs of intensive regeneration of bone tissue are noted.

Hip joint Before - condition before surgery: Osteoarthrosis of the left hip joint with acetabular defect. After - condition 6 months after surgery: Normal condition of bone tissue at the site of osteoarthrosis, no signs of loosening and instability
