Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between [COMPANY NAME] GmbH ("Doktor München") and customers regarding mediation and organizational services in medical care.

§ 2 Subject of Services

Doktor München does not provide medical services. We act exclusively as intermediaries and organizers.

Our services include:

• Advice on selecting suitable clinics and doctors in Germany
• Obtaining treatment proposals and cost estimates
• Organizing appointments and stays
• Coordinating communication between patient and clinic
• Translation services (if agreed)

Medical decisions are made exclusively by the respective clinics and doctors.

§ 3 Contract Conclusion

By submitting an inquiry, the customer makes a non-binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept by express declaration or by commencing mediation activities.

§ 4 Payment

Mediation services: Our basic consultation and mediation services are generally free for patients.

Additional services: Special services may incur separate fees, agreed in advance.

Medical costs: All costs for medical services are settled directly between patient and clinic.

§ 5 Customer Obligations

The customer must provide all necessary information truthfully and completely and ensure that submitted medical documents are current.

§ 6 Liability

Doktor München is not liable for:

• Quality of medical services from mediated clinics and doctors
• Treatment results or medical complications
• Errors or omissions by clinics and doctors
• Accuracy of cost estimates (these are non-binding)

§ 7 Data Protection

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

§ 8 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. See: Right of Withdrawal

§ 9 Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich for merchants.
