Osteonecrosis (avascular necrosis) is the death of bone tissue due to disrupted blood supply. Without treatment, the bone collapses, the joint is destroyed, and the only option becomes joint replacement. Most commonly affected areas:

• Femoral head — the most common location (Perthes disease in children, avascular necrosis in adults)
• Femoral condyles — knee osteonecrosis (König's disease)

• Scaphoid bone — Preiser's disease
• Talus bone — ankle osteonecrosis

Standard surgical methods (decompression, bone grafting, arthroplasty) do not restore the patient's own bone tissue. MIBRAR® is the only method that stimulates bone regeneration from within.

How MIBRAR® Restores Bone

The ARK® concentrate is injected into the necrosis zone under navigational control:
