Procedure & Recovery MIBRAR®

MIBRAR® — an outpatient procedure: no anesthesia, no incision, no hospital stay and no special rehabilitation. Improvement 20% from day 1, 35% by week 2, 25% by week 4, 15% by week 6, up to 85% by weeks 8–16. Results confirmed by imaging (4–12 weeks). Below is a clear plan of treatment stages.

Treatment Stages with MIBRAR® Technology

Diagnosis

Classical and clarifying diagnostics are needed to avoid errors in choosing tactics and to identify the source of the problem.

Determining Indications and Intervention Method

Within clinical criteria, it is assessed which MIBRAR® system method is appropriate for the specific case.

Assessing Intervention Feasibility (Risks/Expected Effectiveness)

Before the intervention, feasibility is assessed considering risks and expected effectiveness.

Intervention According to MIBRAR® Protocols

Achieving regenerative reconstruction is only possible when protocols are followed in clinical, surgical, and biological aspects.

The method is a system: surgical technique + when indicated, application of autologous ARK® concentrate obtained from venous blood (AHF®) and adipose tissue (ALF®) of the patient.

Postoperative Care and Recommendations

Postoperative care is highlighted as a separate item in clinical criteria: consultation about the regeneration process and recommendations for lifestyle and physiotherapy.

Protocol Management and Follow-up

Maintaining examination and intervention protocols is part of the system.

What Happens During the Intervention (In General Terms)

The protocols describe that the surgical aspect is the guiding element and is based on the application of surgical principles of regeneration.

To stimulate recovery, a special technique of applying strictly dosed "fresh" impacts in affected tissues is used (in technology materials — MPSR® and MIPKAT® techniques), while fundamentally excluding unnecessary traumatization of healthy tissues.

If the diagnosis indicates strengthening of the biological component, ARK® is additionally applied — an autologous concentrate extracted from the patient's blood and/or adipose tissue and used fresh.

How Precision and Control Are Ensured

For technical implementation of micro-invasiveness and precision, planning and navigation systems are described, as well as special devices and micro-instruments (e.g., Cyber Navi Hand™ and Sono Control Arm™), endoscopes/arthroscopes, and micro-instrumentation.

Recovery and Lifestyle

Postoperative care is highlighted separately in the technology's clinical criteria: the patient receives an explanation of how the regenerative process proceeds, as well as recommendations for lifestyle and physiotherapy.

Important: Exact timing and restrictions depend on the intervention area and initial tissue condition — these are properly discussed during consultation after diagnosis.

What to Prepare for the Most Accurate Consultation

  • Imaging results (if available): MRI/CT/X-ray/Ultrasound
  • Medical records/specialist reports
  • List of current medications
  • Brief symptom history: when it started, what worsens/improves it, what has been tried

Frequently Asked Questions About Procedure and Recovery

Where does treatment begin?

With diagnosis and determining indications, then the MIBRAR® system intervention method is selected and feasibility is assessed considering risks and expected effectiveness.

Why are protocols so important?

Materials indicate that the effect of regenerative reconstruction is only possible with strict adherence to protocols in clinical, surgical, and biological aspects.

What happens after the intervention?

Postoperative care is provided: explanation of the regeneration process and recommendations for lifestyle and physiotherapy.

Is ARK® always used?

ARK® is used to enhance/optimize the regenerative process when indicated; composition and combinations are selected individually based on diagnosis and condition.

Can ARK® be "prepared in advance"?

Criteria specify use only fresh, immediately after separation; storage/freezing is prohibited.

Why can't everything be replaced with a "plasma injection"?

Materials emphasize that without a special surgical strategy and technique, regenerative reconstruction is impossible.
