Until 1999, she worked as a medical assistant in the gynecological clinic at the Rechst der Isar High School.
Afterwards, from 2001, endocrinology became the main focus of her activity, and she passed a specialized exam in this specialty.
In her research, Vanadin Seifert-Klaus pays special attention to changes in a woman’s body during menopause, in particular identifying problems of the endocrine system and preventing osteoporosis in this category of women. In 2010, the professor headed the interdisciplinary center for the treatment of osteoporosis at the Rechts der Isar Clinic.
The main emphasis is on the following areas: the study of metabolic processes in cartilage tissue during menopause, as well as the effect of vitamin D on the density of the mammary glands during mammography. In her opinion, research activities should be supported by practice in private clinics.
Vanadine Seifert-Klaus has written numerous scientific publications, for which she was awarded a special award in 2012.
